1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable pet food or treats
• Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., grooming brushes, pet shampoos once opened)
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards

3. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
